The experience is created and delivered by ex-premier league players, premier league coaches and grass roots coaches, using equipment designed to develop ball mastery, spatial awareness, reaction times, speed, agility, co-ordination and all movements specific to football.
Using state of the art equipment and systems new to the UK, players get more touches on the ball in less time, accelerating their development in core attributes. The equipment we use is normally reserved for professional clubs only. Target Football aims to brings this amazing kit to the masses. Our equipment utilises state of the art LED light and vibration technology and skill progression is based around the mantra of repetition.
